We are now accepting applications for those who would be interested in being a food vendor for our 2026 Eunice Mardi Gras Festival, February 13 - February 17, 2026.
We encourage participants to be self-sufficient!!!

Vendor Requirements:

Vendors must comply with all local and state health regulations and are subject to inspection.

A valid Certificate of Liability Insurance must be submitted upon acceptance.

The City of Eunice reserves the right to limit vendor acceptance based on space availability, missed deadlines, menu duplication, or failure to comply with guidelines.

Vendor Fees

Standard Space (20' x 10'): $500

Larger Setups: If your setup requires more than 20', please describe your full dimensions in the application. Additional fees will be determined based on space needed.

Electricity and Water Access (optional): $125 flat fee

Food Vendor Permit Fee: $200 (required for all food vendors; separate from space fees)

Note: All fees are non-refundable and due in full upon acceptance to secure your space.
